Cancellation
Please note that the salon honors a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel with 24 hours notice.
Please arrive on time for your appointments. Arriving late may reduce the effectiveness and enjoyment of your service. Your service time may need to be adjusted or rescheduled as a result. Your services will end on time so that the next client is not delayed.
No Shows
All no show appointments will have a $25 charge
Deposits
All deposit are refundable as longs as the appointment has cancelled before the 24hr period
Return Policy
All retail products may be exchanged for a store credit within 7 days of purchase. Mousy Browns will not accept returned products after 7 days of purchase.
