Guest Protocol Information

 

We are now open! Before visiting, we ask that you comply with the following guest protocols:

In order for us to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our team and guests, Mousy Browns has put the following safety protocols in place for Phase I. Failure to comply with guest requirements may result in your appointment being rescheduled. Please review the information below and ensure you are prepared for your appointment:

  • Please come from home for your appointment, if running errands please make your hair appointment your first errand if possible.

  • When you arrive for your appointment please call the Front Desk to let us know, we’ll have you wait in your car until your stylist is ready; when they are Front Desk will call you to come in.

    • Downtown - (780)-482-0060

    • Old Strathcona - (780)-433-3333.

  • In order for us to provide services, we require all guests to have a mask on prior to arriving and for the duration of your appointment.

  • If you do not have a mask you can purchase one from the Front Desk and it will be brought to you outside the salon prior to entering.

  • Upon arrival please remove any gloves & cleanse your hands and cell phone. Sanitizer will be provided at the front desk or if you prefer the washroom sink is available. 

  • No food or beverages in the salon as masks must stay on during the entire appointment. We are not offering beverages at this time. 

  • Please adhere to social distancing (six feet apart), there will be floor markers throughout the salon for reference. 

  • Due to restrictions on the number of people we are able to have in the salon at one time, please come unaccompanied for your appointment.

  • Children may only enter the salon for a service if they can be alone and keep a face mask on.

  • Until further notice we are not accepting cash. We will accept debit and credit only.

  • We are no longer offering bang trims and cleanups until further notice.

  • With your permission, temperature checks will be taken upon arrival.

  • If you have allergies or a chronic cough please let us know. Additionally if you have any underlying health issues please let us know during booking. This information will be added to your appointment notes so the stylists are aware.

  • If you answer yes to any of the following questions please refrain from booking an appointment and contact your health professional or #811.

    • 1. Do you have any flu like symptoms?

    • 2. Have you returned from travel in the last 14 days?

    • 3. Have you been exposed to a confirmed positive covid-19 case?
